Q: What insurance plans are accepted at ENT Center of the Ozarks?
A: ENT Center Of The Ozarks accepts most medical insurances including Aetna, Ambetter, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Arkansas Medicaid, Oklahoma Medicaid for children, Medicare, Qualchoice, United Healthcare, and many others. If there is a specific insurance you are interested in, please call your insurance company to check network status or our office at (479) 750-2080 and we will be happy to connect you with our billing department.
Q: What is an otolaryngologist?
A: An otolaryngologist is a doctor who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of ear, nose and throat diseases as well as related structures of the head and neck. Otolaryngologists are also referred to as ENT doctors or physicians. For more information, visit www.entnet.org.

Q: At which hospitals do our physicians operate?
A: Our physicians operate out of Northwest Medical Center Springdale and Bentonville, Washington Regional, Arkansas Children's Hospital Northwest, and North Hills Surgery Center.
Q: Which hearing aid manufactures do you sell?
A: We primarily fit Oticon and Resound hearing aids. If there is another specific brand that you are interested in using, we would be happy to discuss them and other options during a hearing aid consult. To schedule a consult, please call our office at (479) 750-2080.
Q: What is the price range of the hearing aids you sell?
A: Hearing aid prices can vary depending on the level of hearing loss and the type of hearing aid desired. We are happy to discuss hearing aid options in a hearing aid consultation.
Q: Do you service hearing aids that were purchased from another facility?
A: Yes, we are happy to help you. Please call or text our office to schedule an appointment.

Q: How do I request a copy of my records?
A: Please call or text us at (479) 750-2080 and request the Medical Records Release Form from our records department. Once we receive the completed form, our office can email, mail, direct pick up or fax to another clinic.
Q: How do I make a payment?
A: We accept payments via the patient portal, telephone, or in person.
Q: Is payment due at the time of service?
A: If insurance is applicable, benefits will be reviewed upon check in to your appointment and payment is due at check out.
Q: When is my surgery payment due?
A: Surgery payments are due in full one week prior to surgery. We accept payments via the patient portal, telephone, or in person.
Q: Why do I need to see an audiologist and the physician for an appointment with an ear related complaint?
A: In order to provide a comprehensive diagnosis, audiological testing may be necessary in addition to the visit with the physician.
Q: Do patients need a referral to be seen at your clinic?
A: Depending on the patient's insurance, a referral might be necessary in order for the visit to be covered. In addition, certain appointment types also require a referral.
Q: When will I receive my surgery arrival time?
A: You will receive your surgery arrival time one day prior to the surgery date.
