We do accept appointment requests directly from patients; however, in some circumstances the carrier of your health care coverage may require a referral from your primary care physician as a prerequisite for payment. Please feel free to call and speak with our office staff to inquire about an appointment.

Office visits are by appointment only. If referred to us by another physician, we will attempt to contact you within 1 business day of receiving your consultation request to arrange an appointment at a suitable date and time. It will always be our earnest intent to see every patient promptly at the scheduled time and to change or cancel appointments only when absolutely necessary.

We believe that collaboration with your primary medical care provider (family medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine) is essential to providing optimal health care. As such, we take great effort in assuring that proper correspondence with your primary care physician is undertaken upon completion of consultation and/or treatment in our clinic. It should be noted that ours is a specialty clinic that is not a substitute for your primary medical doctor, and that general medical concerns and ongoing health maintenance should be coordinated though your primary care physician.
